This Privacy Policy explains how Vectanex collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Pulse for Jira. Pulse is a Jira Cloud application that provides real-time sprint health monitoring, velocity tracking, and team performance insights.

- Historical sprint data for trend analysis
- Velocity and burndown metrics
Storage: Stored securely in Atlassian Forge storage within your Jira instance
Analytics & Metrics
- Sprint health scores and risk indicators
- Team velocity trends over time
- Issue cycle time and lead time metrics
- Scope change tracking data
- Custom dashboard configurations
Storage: Calculated and stored in Atlassian Forge storage
Communication Data
- Email address for alerts and reports
- Notification preferences
- Support ticket history
Storage: Stored on our systems and third-party service providers
Important: Pulse operates entirely within the Atlassian Forge platform. All metrics are calculated from your existing Jira data without any data leaving Atlassian's secure infrastructure. We do not have direct access to your sprint or issue data.
How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
Sprint Monitoring
To calculate and display real-time sprint health metrics and risk indicators
Trend Analysis
To analyze historical data and provide velocity trends and forecasts
Alerts & Notifications
To send sprint health alerts and scheduled reports (if configured)
Dashboard Personalization
To save and restore your custom dashboard configurations
Product Improvement
To improve metric accuracy and add new analytics features
Data Sharing & Third Parties
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- •Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Service (e.g., hosting, analytics, support tools)
- •Atlassian Platform: Your Jira data processed through Atlassian's Forge platform is subject to Atlassian's privacy policy and data handling practices
- •Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect our rights and safety
- •Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with prior notice to affected users)
Data Retention & Deletion
Service Data: Sprint metrics and historical data are retained for trend analysis. Data is deleted when you uninstall the app according to Atlassian's data retention policies.
Marketing Data: Contact information is retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe.
Support Tickets: Support correspondence is retained for up to 3 years.

Pulse does not use cookies or tracking technologies for marketing or analytics purposes within the Jira application.
