Storage: Stored in Atlassian Forge storage infrastructure within your Jira instance
Marketing & Communication Data

Storage: Stored securely on our systems and third-party service providers
Important: As the application developer, we do not have direct access to your Jira data stored in Atlassian's Forge infrastructure. All data processing occurs within the secure Forge environment, and data remains within your Jira instance's dedicated storage.

Data Retention & Deletion
Service Data: Data stored in Atlassian's Forge storage is retained according to Atlassian's data retention policies. When you uninstall our application, the associated data will be deleted from Forge storage in accordance with Atlassian's procedures.
Marketing Data: We retain your contact and communication data for as long as necessary to provide support and send relevant updates. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at support@vectanex.com.
Support Tickets: Support correspondence may be retained for up to 3 years for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We do not use cookies or tracking technologies on our landing pages or within our Jira applications for marketing or analytics purposes.
Atlassian's Forge platform may use its own cookies and tracking mechanisms as part of the Jira Cloud infrastructure. Please refer to Atlassian's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices.
International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those of your jurisdiction.
Data processed through Atlassian's Forge platform is subject to Atlassian's global infrastructure and data transfer safeguards. We rely on Atlassian's compliance with international data transfer requirements, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for GDPR compliance.
