By accessing and using Vectanex applications ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Service Description
Vectanex provides market intelligence and analytics for Jira app developers, including but not limited to:
- •Market analytics and trend data for Atlassian Marketplace apps
- •Competitive analysis and opportunity signals
- •Vendor and app performance insights
2. User Obligations
You agree to:
- •Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- •Provide accurate and complete account information
- •Maintain the security of your account credentials
- •Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- •Not use the Service to transmit malicious code or engage in harmful activities
- •Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
3. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
Your Data: You retain full ownership of any data you provide to the Service. Vectanex claims no ownership rights to your data.
Our Service: The Service, including all software, algorithms, features, functionality, and content, is owned by Vectanex and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4. Warranties & Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. VECTANEX MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- •The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- •Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
- •Any defects in the Service will be corrected
- •The Service will meet your specific requirements
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTANEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
6. Subscription & Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. All billing and payment processing are handled securely through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
7. Termination
You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
